Nature photography is an interesting activity, and while wildlife photography might be most difficult and worthwhile field of all it is as exciting as anything. In fact good photography relies more on sensitivity, lighting and composition of their subject. It means that one can improve photography not only technically but by creative thinking.

Wildlife photography is most effective if there is intimate connection between viewer and object. So it is necessary to get into subject's eye level. One of the best ways to do this is to take photos at object level. In this way the viewer will feel like they are inside the little world of subject. Suppose, one's subject is low on ground like frog, lizard, or even pet lie down so that one can take photos at the object level.

The eye connection mentioned above is really about personal connection, so it is necessary to get eyes right. One's photo will possibly work if the eyes in the wildlife photo are clear and sharp. If the object is out of focus, missing in dark, or object moves the photos will nearly fail. By concentrating on the subject will help to capture clear and sharp picture.

Background does not matter in most wildlife photographs. Photos may get spoiled if the background is distracting, ugly, and cluttered. It looks natural even if it is taken in zoo. Suppose, if background is spoiling one's shot, zoom right to the object to eliminate background as much as possible. Zooming in, will reduce the depth of the picture.

In wildlife photography if background adds beauty to the photo then use it. The photo will be more effective than close-up if the subject is captured with the natural setting. Just like showing subject in an unanticipated context, this will account for interesting image.

If possible capture the subject in best light conditions. Even the professional photographer can fail to capture good image due to bad light. Try to capture the image in best weather, thin cloudy sky which can reflect good light and gives best result. If the weather is bright, try to get the photo early or late when the sun is low. So practice a lot with these tips and attain perfection in wildlife photography.
