I have made a Logbook (you find it here) where I will put some thoughts to written words when ever I can. I have remade my ordering page once more and this part of my website has been like a jojjo but now I think I have found a very simple and for me working system. I hope it will be convenient for you as well :).

RSS Feed on Tomas Eriksson photography
I have made an RSS Feed that you can subscribe to if you like. The RSS Feeds are a good thing to keep track of news and happenings. I will concentrate my feeds to include new photos that I publish on this site. It is a simple thing to subscribe to a feed, for example click on this button (
) and then click on the My latest online publications link to go to my RSS Feed page. Then subscribe to the RSS Feed.
You need a Feed reader to make things work and I suggest a couple of them below (Windows):
FeedDemon from Newsgator

An important message concerning my prints is that I have begun to do the printing process by my self. This means I have re-worked my Buy prints page, all purchases go thru PayPal and it is possible to pay with credit card or your PayPal account.
I will give you some more information about this soon.

I have updated the purchase process in the II (Landscape) gallery in the same way as the I (Seascape) gallery. I will continue to do the last gallery III (Otherscape) during the following days. Thank you for your patience :). /Tomas

The galleries have been updated with some photos removed from the II gallery to be included the III gallery. I want to have some sort of logic (if possible) and I think I am getting a bit closer now. During the following week I will continue to update the purchase process.

I have begun to redo the purchase process of the prints in my site. I want the process to be simpler for you as customers. I have finished the I (Seascape) album and instead of clicking on the Buy link to the right you will click on the Buy this print in the link menu of each print.
In the previous version you would be redirected to one page that gathered the info for all prints (a scroll list with the print name and so on). Now you will be redirected to a unique page for the chosen print, this means you will see thumbnails of the print and all information about sizes etc. in one unique page. Also you will be able to customize the passepartou (paper frame) for your chosen print.
During the following days I will make the other two galleries ready with the same layout/service.
I hope this will make the purchase process one step easier, please feel free to contact me with any kind of questions, photo@te-photography.com

I have re-made my web site once again. It is all about black and white photography now and I feel very pleased about that. The new site is more laid back when it comes to layout and that gives the photos more space. And that is something that might be important on a site showing photos :).

My old website was published in Black & White Photography (November)and that was a joy of course. B&W Photography is probably the biggest (and best if you ask me) photographical magazine that focus entirely on black and white photography. It is a big source for inspiration to me and thousands of other photographers out there.
But being a man of changes I have done a new site since this publication because I like to make changes.
This is what Alice Burton said about my previous site:
Tomas Eriksson is extremely fortunate to live in Sweden , as it brings him wonderful photographic opportunities. He has really captured the beauty and peacefulness of his home country with his photographs. Tomas says he uses digital cameras, but only makes very slight adjustments and likes to keep the image as real as possible. Prints are available to buy, but I can't see any prices on the site. This is very important Tomas – consumers need to know how much money they are parting with! Otherwise, it's a fantastic site.
I hope you find issue with missing price adjusted in this new layout.

I have made a new website, why one can ask? There were some specific reasons for this.
#1: I wanted a website that was easier to administrate.
#2: I wanted my photos to be presented in a more detailed way (bigger)
#3: I wanted more mixed environment instead of black and white in this section and colour in that section.
Concerning #2, I have made the site working good in 1024x768. You need to scroll the high standing photos and you will not see the whole site (top navigation etc) when you are looking at the laying photos either. But to me the importance was to show the photos in the best possible way, they will be a little bit heavier to load then the previous site but I think it is worth that extra second. I want you as a potential buyer of my work to be able to really see the photo.
