Great fine art photographers that will give you a lot of inspiration.

Albin Bogren ( Sweden )

Albin Bogren is the one who thought me the basics in photography. He is a professional photographer from Gävle in Sweden and he has a great eye for details and composition. Albin works unrestrained from fine art to- product photography.

Today he is an established photographer and his customers can be found from the county councils to the larger companies but his services can also be hired from the private person who wants a beautiful and personal wedding photography performed.

Give Albin a visit to see his beatiful images, also check his project Gavlebilder.se, you will find great images from my hometown Gävle and the nearby surroundings. Please visit:

Albin Bogren is going to give a course in the basics of photography during the 4 – 6 th of July. This is a great possibility for those of you living in Sweden (or maybe ells where) to get a good platform in camera technique, basics in composition and much more.

Peter Jonsson ( Sweden )

Peter Jonsson is a fellow photographer from the Gävle area (my home town). He walks with one foot in the same tracks as Sweden 's best nature- and landscape photographer, Terje Hellesö. But still Peter has a complete own style and it is such an inspiration and excitement to view his work.

He often finds the small things in the nature and with his camera he gives them a great perspective. Much of his work is presented in colour which he post processes in his own unique way. Peters black and white work is like being in a great old Bergman film with superb contrast and kind of sad mood. Please visit:

Håkan Strand ( Sweden )

First time I saw Håkan Strands photos I was amazed. Håkan Strand is a genius with his camera and he can transform a stormy hell to surreal dream world. He uses very long exposures (20 - 60 min) and this in combination with a great eye for good composition is the key to this stunning work. This is world class photography. Please visit:

Stellan Karlsson ( Sweden )

Stellan Karlsson has more than any one inspired me when it comes to handling colours in a photo. He is a landscape photographer in absolute top class and his eye for the composition is admirable. You cannot do anything but to love his contrast rich landscape photos. Please visit:

Bishop Bastien ( US )

One great thing with being open minded is the ability to let your self be inspired. And one photographer that inspires me very much right now is Bishop Bastien. Before you pronounce yourself as master of doing the little things in nature justice please take a look at Bishops work. This is great macro photography and the composition and tones are simply perfect.

Denis Olivier ( France )

When you speak of long exposure photography one name often come upon peoples minds and that is Denis Olivier. He has influenced a great deal of photographers around the world to challenge both the camera gear as well as the endurance of the photographers mind and body.

Why one might ask, well doing long exposure photography is just not like a walk in the park when the sun is shining and the birds are singing. It is mostly dark, cold and lonely. You will have to recognize your spot, put your gear together and in position, compose your scene and then wait for the right light conditions. It can be a lot of time to think, freeze and think again :). Not many photographers master long exposure photography better then Denis Olivier, visit his web site and take part of great work from the sea- and landscape environments. Denis Olivier is also the creator of ArtLimited, a comunity for fine art photographers.

Mark Tucker ( US )

This is the way I would like to do portraits. To me this is great work where the chemistry and trust between the photographer and the persons in the scenery is one hundred percent.

Just look at the Jack Daniels Distillery portfolio to see what I mean.
